Work with me

Business first. Nervous system + inner work included. AI always supporting.

Four ways in. Each one should leave you with something useful in the business, not only something interesting to think about.

Why AI is required

Not a bonus module nobody opens.

We use it in the actual work: thinking, drafting, research, rehearsal, transcript analysis, systems and implementation. You don’t need to be an expert. You do need to be curious and willing to use a capable paid account. The exact recommended plan may change as the tools change.

Transcript follow-through

With explicit consent, a session becomes a short brief.

An eligible session can become a Next Move Brief: what we decided, what remains uncertain, what we built, what you chose to do, and what we want to learn from it.

If you opt in, a midweek message reminds you of the action in your own plan. It is not surveillance, and silence does not trigger escalating messages or an AI interpretation of why you did not do it.

Follow-through

Instead, we continue the conversation midweek.

In longer work, sessions become working material. With your consent, we turn a session into a short brief and a single midweek nudge, so momentum doesn’t die between calls.

02 · Short, not fourteen pages

The Next Move Brief

What we decided, what’s still open, what we built, and the move you chose.

03 · Midweek

One nudge

A reminder of the action in your own plan. Not surveillance. Silence triggers nothing.

FAQ

A few honest questions.

No. We work on business decisions and behaviour. Personal history and nervous-system responses may be relevant, but this is not clinical treatment. If something belongs in therapy, we treat that boundary seriously.
No. Plenty of people I work with are capable, successful and simply want to move something forward without grinding themselves down. You just need to be interested in the nervous-system side of how work actually gets done.
No. Curiosity is enough. Resistance to using it is probably a bad fit for these programmes.
No. We can improve the offer, the materials and the quality and speed of testing. Buyers remain inconveniently independent humans.
We can start there. If the problem is strategic, good. If the same pattern keeps appearing when the strategy becomes real, we have another useful place to look.

One or two lines is enough. I’ll tell you which depth fits.
