Serious business.
Nervous system included.

I help entrepreneurs build ambitious businesses without abandoning themselves along the way.

Business. Nervous system. AI.

Most business coaches fix the strategy.
Most inner work skips the profit & loss.
I do both… and I’m slightly obsessed with AI.

Business

The offer, the message, the price, the sales conversation, the team. Sometimes you just need a better strategy. We start there.

Nervous system

A good strategy can ask for visibility, uncertainty, conflict, letting go. We get curious about that.

AI

A working partner. We use it to think, build, rehearse and analyse conversations, so ideas turn into real work.

Ambitious enough for the business.
Safe enough for the nervous system.

First, the business has to be right. The offer, the pricing, the positioning, the sales process, the delegation, the numbers. I’ve built and advised companies for fifteen years, so we work the commercial problem properly, not as a warm-up to the “real” inner work. If the strategy is weak, no amount of calm fixes it.

Then we deal with what stops you doing it. Because you can know the right move and still not make it. The goal isn’t permanent calm, business needs activation, it’s finding the edge where you can act on the smart decision without disappearing, flooding, or losing the next week to recovery.

Between knowing and doing

The gap between knowing and doing.

  • You’ve edited the proposal three times, and still haven’t sent it.
  • You’ve hired people, and you’re still the bottleneck.
  • There’s a great content plan, and nothing is published.
I know that last one personally.

It isn’t automatically, “What’s wrong with my nervous system?” Sometimes the offer is weak, the plan unrealistic, or the system missing. And sometimes something internal is holding you back. That’s what we have to see.

Good work is figuring out which is which.

What pressure can look like at work

Five lenses I find useful when a sensible plan meets a real human. They are lenses, not a diagnosis, and not a ladder you climb in order. Tap one to see what it can look like in a business week.

SHUTDOWN · FREEZE blankness, avoidance, fatigue · protection, depletion, confusion, or a bad plan? MOBILISED · FIGHT / FLIGHT energy, speed, boundaries, decisions · also: forcing, control, compulsive busyness REGULATED · CONNECTED perspective, curiosity, flexible attention · not the goal all day FAWN · SOCIAL PROTECTION — can sit at any level of activation activation time →

The wave is a rhythm, not a rule. Activation goes up, comes back, goes up again. That is how capacity grows. It is not a universal biological sequence, and nobody moves through these in a fixed order.

About

I’m not coming at this from one world.

I’m an electronic engineer with an MBA, a strategist and marketer, a startup founder, a musician, an AI obsessive, and someone who has spent years doing serious work with my own nervous system, relationships and old protective patterns.

For a long time those looked like separate lives. They make much more sense together.
